When membership grows to this stage, it would allow us to bring in more structured support sessions in a careful, condition-aware way.

Specialist ME/CFS knowledge model

At this stage, we would aim to build a more sophisitacted end to end support and information system.

  • Train and continuously improve a specialist ME/CFS support model to help in all areas of the community.
  • Produce a fully dedicated virtual assistant to help you navigate your condition. Each member would have their own individual helper.
  • Keep the research layer updated automatically as studies, findings, and discussions emerge
  • Create personalised support timelines that adapt around each member's symptoms, severity, interests, cognitive load, and changing condition profile
  • Create more intelligent personalised summaries and recommendations based on what members consistently find most useful and relevant

5,000-10,000 members
